How to detect and handle leaks in hot oil pumps?
The paths of leakage are: moving and stationary friction pairs； Sealing gasket between the static ring and the gland ； Sealing gasket between the gland and the pump body ； Gasket between the bellows and the seal seat.
When the heat oil pump leaks a small amount, smoke can be seen; when the leakage is large, a fire breaks out. With minimal leakage, the backup pump can be switched in directly to deal with the leaking pump. When a large incident occurs, shut off the cut-off valve promptly, ventilate the pump room, and extinguish the fire.
