During the relocation of the equipment, is it necessary to modify the equipment due to the difference in ambient temperature at the new location (with the lowest temperature there being minus 20 degrees)? (Mainly concerning the material issues of the skirt bases of towers and reboilers.) Should I submit an application to the local technical supervision department to allow continued use of the equipment?
