Dear fellow sailors, how can one use a three-roller sheet rolling machine to press corner steel with edges? Some say a jacket should be used – how is such a jacket fixed?
If the curvature is not significant, the two angle steels can be spot-welded together to form a T-shaped or U-shaped roll.
Just put two loops on the rod: one loop facing inward on the upper roller, and the other facing outward on the lower roller
It’s non-standard; design it yourself. It’s split in half and fixed to the rod with bolts.
It involves placing two loops on the rod to serve as supports for the angle steel; the outer diameter of these loops depends on the size of the angle steel, while the inner diameter depends on the inner diameter of the rod； The lifting distance of the upper and lower rollers also needs to be considered
