How is wind load defined? Is it not very important, so it’s generally not analyzed?
Static analysis — WRC107, is no one paying attention?
Both WRC and dynamic analysis are important and deserve discussion. It would be best to cover this one first in this discussion, and then move on to the next topic; so I’ll vote for dynamic analysis first
Dynamic analysis – harmonic analysis – is very important for stress analysis, in applications such as compressors and two-phase flow pipelines.
For the third phase, I suggest that the moderators develop APIs, such as API610, API617, API 560, etc., as well as NEMA23 and so on. After all, dynamic analysis is based on static analysis; let’s proceed step by step, starting with the simpler tasks first!
