Sharing the heating schedules for different coke ovens. I’ll start with the JNDK5505-F coke oven: its heating schedule features a turnaround time of 25.5 hours, with an upward gas flow of 56 for the top suction machine, and air flow of 56; downward gas flow of 75, and air flow of 75 ; Coking side rising gas 56, air 56 ; Gas pressure: 75; air pressure: 75; pressure at the viewing port on the press side: 24; pressure on the coke side: 22; total pipeline pressure: 4400; main pipeline pressure: 1800 ; Gas at the inlet fan side: 90, air: 125; Gas on the coke side: 90, air: 125; Flue draft at the fan side: 180, on the coke side: 180 ; Furnace tip temperature: machine side 1270, coke side 1280; top burner temperature: machine side gas 1250, air 1260, coke side gas 1260, air 1260 ; Temperature of the small flue: gas on the machine side at 380, air at 380; gas on the coke side at 380, air at 380. Coal line temperature at 1880, coke line temperature at 2060. Height of the coal cake: 5.25 meters. Temperature of the space above the furnace: 825. The coking time of TJL4350D has increased from 22.5 hours to 26 hours; what should the standard temperature be set at?
Heating example of JN43-80 type coke oven (chamber diameter 450 mm, cycle time 16.5 h, heating with coke oven gas) Standard temperature: 1300 on the machine side℃; Charging side: 1350°C; Gas flow rate: 8980 m3/h; Gas pressure: 1540 Pa; Flue draft: 180 Pa on the machine side ; Pressure on the combustion side: 180 Pa. Diameter of the large-orifice plate: 42 mm. Opening degree of the air valve: 65/70 mm on the machine side ; Flue temperature at the furnace side: 65/70 mm; at the machine side: 237℃ ; On the coke side at 258°C: suction force at the top increases by 45–50 Pa, while it decreases by 65–70 Pa (the same holds true for the machine side)
Example of heating a JN43-99D type coke oven (chamber diameter 450 mm, cycle time 22.5 h, heating with coke oven gas) Standard temperature: 1365 on the machine side℃; Charring side: 1365°C, gas flow rate: 10000 m3/h, gas pressure: 7000 Pa; flue suction: machine side 150 Pa ; Choke side: 150 Pa, large orifice plate diameter: 47 mm, damper opening: machine side 65/70 mm ; Flue temperature at the furnace side: 65/70 mm; at the machine side: 267℃ ; On the coke side at 293℃, the suction force at the top increases by 45–50 Pa and decreases by 65–70 Pa (the same on the machine side as well)
Based on our plant’s experience, at 26 hours, maintaining the standard temperature at 1310±10°C is sufficient

For example, for a 5.5-meter ramming coke oven (where, due to the lack of a taper, the temperature on the coke side is essentially the same as that on the machine side, or the coke side is 10°C higher than the machine side), the cycle time at standard temperatures is as follows: 32 hours at 1230°C, 30 hours at 1240°C, 28 hours at 1260°C, 26 hours at 1270°C, 25 hours at 1290°C, and 24 hours at 1300°C. What type of coke oven do you have? What are the standard temperatures at different coking times?
We have 45 hours, at a standard temperature of 1100
7.63m coke oven: Coking time: 25:00; When the moisture content of the coal is 8%, the standard temperature is 1290 degrees, the gas pressure is 1450 Pa, and the calorific value of the gas is 4200 KJ/M3; the heating pause time is adjusted automatically. When the moisture content of the coal is 10%, the standard temperature is 1310 degrees, with all other parameters remaining unchanged. Flue suction: 450 Pa; pressure at the viewing port: 10 Pa. Other parameters are adjusted based on the above values
