Why are the validity periods for special-grade and first-grade hot work permits set at 8 hours? Starting from what time point is this period calculated? Is any time spent during interruptions in the work counted within those 8 hours?
Starting from when the task begins, the interruption time is counted within 8 hours.
The start time of the task, permitted by the team leader after ticket verification, is taken as the starting point; any interruptions are counted as part of the task duration.
Starting from the time signed on the ticket, interruptions are considered within 8 hours.
