To date, for the Yitai Ganquan Fort coal-to-oil project, all the supporting documents required for approval have been approved, except for the Environmental Impact Assessment Report. The Yitai-Huadian Ganquanbao 2 million tons per year coal-to-oil project of Yitai Xinjiang Energy Co., Ltd. is located in the northern area of the Ganquanbao Industrial Park in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The project’s capacity is 2 million tons per year; its main products are diesel, naphtha, and LPG, while the by-products include sulfur and mixed alcohols. The main production facilities include air separation, coal gasification, purification, oil synthesis, exhaust gas hydrogen production, oil processing, and raw coal pre-drying units; it is one of the key coal chemical construction projects in our region.
