This incentive plan is designed to reward regional managers on a monthly basis (for the initial trial period, the base amount is 1,000 HaiChuan coins; calculations start in October, with rewards distributed at the beginning of November, allowing for one reward per month). 1. Each month, the top 3 forums in terms of the number of topics created are identified across all regions; the total number of topics from these 3 forums in that month serves as the basis for ranking. The regional manager in first place receives +300 HaiChuan coins plus 5,000 wealth points; those in second place get +200 HaiChuan coins plus 5,000 wealth points; those in third place receive +150 HaiChuan coins plus 5,000 wealth points; those in fourth place get +100 HaiChuan coins plus 5,000 wealth points. Regional managers ranked fifth through seventh receive +50 HaiChuan coins plus 3,500 wealth points, while those ranked eighth through eleventh receive +25 HaiChuan coins plus 3,000 wealth points. If the number of topics in the 3 selected forums for a given month is lower than that of the previous month, the regional manager’s rank drops by 1 automatically. Regions that see an increase in their ranking for 2 consecutive months (meaning the number of topics in the top 3 forums is higher each month) receive an additional 10% bonus to their reward. Regions that experience a decrease in ranking for 2 consecutive months (meaning the number of topics in the top 3 forums is lower each month) have their reward reduced by 10%. This is a trial version of the plan, and as the overall popularity increases, so too will the total rewards. If the total number of topics in the top 3 forums in a region decreases for 3 consecutive months, the regional manager will be removed from their position. Suggestions: 1. Regions with fewer forums should either focus on creating high-quality content or add more forums to expand opportunities for communication. 2. Currently, only the top 3 forums in terms of topic count are considered; however, it is possible to increase this number in the future. (Simultaneously, the salaries and bonuses of section leaders will be suspended in favor of this new scheme.) Forum moderators and deputy moderators are not eligible to participate in this activity; instead, there is another program that offers mobile phones or hard drives as prizes every 2 months. 3. Topics deemed meaningless by the administrator are not taken into account. 4. In case of disputes, the administrator will make a decision through consultation. This ranking system is continuously improved with each update, and suggestions for further improvements are welcome
