This post was last edited by ms3210 on 2010-10-26 at 16:43. Following the notice from Benben Xuanchao, the post about cleaners has been shared: http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-750580-1-1.html. To boost the popularity of this forum, the project management section plans to launch a “Question of the Week” activity next week; we ask all forum moderators and technical discussants in this area to share their insights. My some thoughts: 1. The issue with the question sources. Finding sources for the question of each Monday is generally not a problem; there are many materials in the data-sharing area of the project site, as well as on other websites, so it’s sufficient to collect and prepare them. 2 In the form of “one question per week”. Starting next week, one session will be held each week; the format could be one question per week (2010.10.**-2010.10.**). 3 Management of “One Question per Week”. It is managed jointly by the moderators and technical discussants in this area; mainly, we are working on our own projects and don’t have much time, so the management pressure on each person isn’t very high. Zhi Ge is an expert in this area; please participate more. 4 Activity score. As requested by the cleaners, each participant will be awarded a wealth score of 1 to 5; those who provide excellent responses of sufficient depth should, in my opinion, receive additional points. 5 post attachments. After each session of the activity, the moderator or a technical discussant posts a summary to provide the correct answers. The task of creating the questions and posting the summary is rotated among the moderators or technical discussants – the same person who posts the questions is also responsible for posting the summary. That’s all I can think of for now; please share your valuable suggestions.
As the month comes to an end, I think this activity is very meaningful. I believe that with the efforts of all the moderators, it can become a great event. However, I suggest that the theme for each session should be decided after thorough discussion among the moderators and technical experts, rather than being set by just one or two people
It is recommended that the three moderators, ms3210, lxmlq, and terephthalic, take turns carrying out the weekly problem activity, with moderator ms3210 being fully responsible for it. Questions for the exam can be requested in a pinned post on the engineering version; every Friday, the rotating moderator selects one question, and the moderators confirm it by Sunday. Once there are no objections, it is released on Monday. The three moderators must be involved in this, and moderator ms3210 should take the lead in coordinating the details. Also, I hope Brother Zhi can provide more support; I hope our activities can be both in-depth and help boost the activity level of the forum.
Let’s first post a thread to collect questions for the “One Question per Week” activity, gather some questions, and see how enthusiastic the community members are about this initiative, then we’ll decide what to do.
