Annual inspection: (I) Water storage equipment should be repaired every two years, with repairs and repainting carried out. (II) The fire pump should be disassembled for maintenance every two years. (III) The automatic sprinkler system should undergo a reliability assessment once a year, with a summary of the construction acceptance, daily management and maintenance, as well as repair activities. 8.3 Regular inspection of carbon dioxide fire extinguishing systems: To keep the carbon dioxide fire extinguishing system in good condition and ensure it can be used quickly and effectively in case of a fire, regular inspections, maintenance, and checks must be carried out in accordance with the specified requirements. 1. Routine inspections: The company must have full-time or part-time personnel who have received specialized training to carry out routine inspections of the fire suppression system. Routine checks are performed once a week. (1) Check the cleanliness of the gas cylinder storage room to ensure there is no moisture or direct sunlight. In winter and summer, it is necessary to check whether the indoor temperature meets the specified requirements. (II) Check whether the pointer of the pressure gauge on the starting battery is in the normal position. If an abnormality is detected, it should be checked in the following manner: If nitrogen is stored in the starting tank, the annual decrease in internal pressure shall not exceed 10% of its rated filling pressure at 20°C ; If carbon dioxide is stored in the starting battery, the annual leakage rate shall not exceed 5% of its rated charge volume. (III) Check the pipeline system for any looseness, damage, or severe corrosion. (IV) Check whether components such as valves and control devices are in good condition, and ensure that all knobs and switches are set to their proper positions. Regular inspection and maintenance: The company should enter into a regular maintenance contract with the manufacturing unit or the installation unit. The fire extinguishing system should be inspected at least once a year, and the automatic detection and alarm system should be checked at least once every six months. 8.4 Regular inspection of the indoor fire hydrant system: The indoor fire hydrant cabinets should be kept clean and dry at all times to prevent rust, damage from impacts, and other forms of damage. A comprehensive inspection and maintenance should be carried out at least once every six months. The inspection requirements are as follows: (1) The supply valves for fire hydrants and fire reels must not show any signs of leakage. (II) The fire hoses, nozzles, fire reels, and all accessories must be complete and in good condition, with the reels rotating smoothly. (III) The alarm button, indicator lights, and control circuits are functioning properly with no faults. (IV) The fire hydrant box and the fire-fighting components installed within it show no signs of damage, with no peeling coating, and the door glass is intact. (5) All moving parts such as fire hydrants, water supply valves, and fire reels should be regularly lubricated. 8.5 Regular inspection of fire safety evacuation facilities Fire safety evacuation facilities include evacuation passages, safety exits, evacuation stairs, fire doors, fire shutters, evacuation signs, emergency lighting fixtures, and other such devices. An appropriate number of fire safety evacuation facilities shall be installed in accordance with relevant standards, and records shall be kept for management. 1. Inspect the safety evacuation facilities daily; if any of the following issues are found, rectification must be carried out immediately. (1) Occupying evacuation passages. (2) Blocking safety exits. (3) Lock the evacuation doors. (4) Storing items on the evacuation stairs. (5) Damaging, covering, or misusing evacuation signs and emergency lighting fixtures. 2.
