What is the relationship between pump flow rate and flow rate in the pump outlet pipe?

May I ask, is the pump flow rate equal to the flow rate in the pump’s outlet pipe? Does frictional loss affect the flow rate in the pump outlet pipeline? Thank you
Based on material balance, the amount that goes in is the same as the amount that comes out; it must be the same, at least the mass flow rate will definitely be the same.
The inlet and outlet pipes of the pump should be 1-2 sizes larger than the pump’s diameter
