Is heating required?

It’s necessary; it’s fine when the machine is running, but the indoor temperature becomes unacceptable when it’s stopped.
In terms of individual buildings, heating must be provided regardless of whether there is a heat transfer oil furnace room or not
Could you provide some standards for the design, construction, and acceptance of HVAC systems?
Is that standard part of the building codes?
