There is an inlet pipe for the unloading pump, made of stainless steel, with a DN100 diameter and a thermal insulation thickness of 50 mm (heated by steam pipes). A support needs to be installed on the spool located between the filter and the shut-off valve; the length of this spool is 250 mm and its height is 500 mm. (1) Horizontal pipe leg F7, welded to the short section; the part of the leg that comes into contact with the pipe is made of stainless steel. (2) Horizontal pipe support G18; a pipe bracket J1 is welded to the short section, with the bracket providing guidance. (3) For horizontal pipe supports G18, tube clamp-type pipe supports J2 are used on the splices, with the pipe supports providing guidance as well. Theoretically, pipe supports with clamps provide the best results, but the standard length of such supports is 300, which is not sufficient for the installation location. The pump’s inlet pipe is relatively short, and it operates for a short time aside from unloading operations; can it be simplified to Scheme (1)? Also, does this bracket need to be fixed? If (2) or (3) is used, how to fix it? Is the pipe support included directly in the bracket beam? I would appreciate your guidance.
Using pipe supports is acceptable; any excess pipe supports can be cut off on site. Guide-type pipe supports should be chosen, along with T-shaped brackets at the bottom. Due to steam tracing, they cannot be fixed in place
