Recommended manufacturers of steam valves for normal temperature use

Gentle experts, the steam globe valve in my company is leaking again – it’s operating at 0.8 MPa and 180°C, which are quite standard conditions. Now we have tried four or five different manufacturers, and none of them have been able to solve the problem of internal leakage. I wonder whether valves that cost four or five hundred yuan are not up to this standard, or if it’s the manufacturer I chose that’s the problem. I’m in Shandong. Could you, experts, recommend some brands for me? It would be great if they are ones you have used before.
Look for valves from Shanghai and Wenzhou – the quality of those is quite good. Problems with such ordinary valves don’t occur very often. Companies like Shanghai Valve Factory No. 5, Lianggong Valves, Hugong Valves, etc., are good options; Qingdao Power Station Valves are another viable choice as well
Thank you for the recommendation. I also think that valves under such simple conditions are generally fine, yet internal leakage occurs; upon disassembling the valve stem of the globe valve, no scratches or anything similar could be seen. It’s really frustrating.

You get what you pay for. If you’re worried about leaks in the future, you might want to try a high-temperature ball valve.
