I am currently designing a system that uses hydrogen equipment, and I’m wondering whether ordinary safety valves available on the market, such as the A42Y-40P model, can be used How to understand 0 leakage? There are no unified regulations in China regarding the leakage levels of safety valves; only the standards for control valves define 6 levels. The foreign standard ANSI B16.104 (FCI 70-2) also specifies 6 levels. Additionally, is a soft seal required specifically for leakage level 5? It’s really frustrating

Safety valves are generally not allowed to leak; by my understanding, a leakage rate of 10 to the power of -5 or less is acceptable. When tested using the bubble method, no bubbles should appear after 10 minutes.
