Can the self-acting pressure reducing valve ZZYP-25C still perform pressure reduction when there are no users downstream of the valve? For example, if 11 kilograms of steam is reduced to 4 kilograms by a self-acting pressure reducing valve, but there are no users downstream, will the pressure behind the valve remain at 4 kilograms or exceed it? Even up to 11 kilograms?
