Questions regarding standards for supports and hangers

Does HG/T 21629-1999 not specify fixed brackets? Does GB/T 17116.2-1997 not specify code for support and hanger types? No fixed bracket?
There should also be standards for brackets; some of the brackets we supply can be customized
For the fixing frame, it’s sufficient to weld the pipe support to the pipe rack.

GB/T 17116.2-1997 is complete trash. . . It’s not useful at all. If it is a thermal pipeline, it is recommended to choose the manual from East China Institute
In my work in the electrical sector, I generally follow the standards related to electricity. However, the standards for supports and brackets in this industry have not yet reached the level of industry standards; instead, there are design manuals available. There are multiple versions of these manuals, produced by different design firms, which results in chaos and a situation where each firm operates on its own
