I searched online for a long time but couldn’t find a table showing the material grades for non-metallic pipes; I also don’t know how to prepare such a table. If anyone could share it with me, I would be extremely grateful.

Create your own designation; for example, FRPP. The current standard is HG 20539-1992 \"Reinforced Polypropylene (FRPP) Pipes and Fittings\", which includes the PN6 and PN10 grades – simply copy in the corresponding wall thickness values. The problem is that the standards are outdated; for pipe diameters not listed therein, it is necessary to consult the manufacturer.
The wall thickness is fine – those can be found – but it’s not easy to come by the corresponding pipe fittings and valves.

By determining the material using pressure, temperature, and medium as three key factors, and by consulting relevant standards to clarify the specifications and pipe series, you can obtain the specific parameters of the pipe you need. Then consult plastic pipe and valve manufacturers; some large companies that have the capability to produce both pipes and valves will provide you with what you need. Regarding valve types, ball valves are commonly used for small-diameter pipes, while butterfly valves are preferred for large-diameter pipes. Diaphragm valves are the best choice when flow regulation is required or high efficiency is needed.
