Release the hook and lift the slider handle. 3. Place the pipe in the molding tray and secure it in the tray using hooks. 4. Lower the slider handle until the “0” mark on the hook aligns with the 0° position on the shaping disc. 5. Rotate the slider handle around the forming disc until the “0” marking on the slider aligns with the desired degree on the forming disc. II. 90° to 180° bending: Perform a 90° bend following steps 1-5 above. 1. Once the pipe has been bent to 90°, rotate the slider handle to unlock the X-Tune steering mechanism. 2. Lift the slider handle around the slider until the 90-180° triangle mark aligns with the triangle mark on the hook. 3. Rotate the slider handle to adjust the X-Tune steering mechanism to the locked position. 4. Operate the slider handle to continue bending the pipe until the “0” line on the slider aligns with the desired bending angle. (Two handles will not intersect.) III. Precise bending (bending based on measurements taken at other target points such as pipe ends or bending points): 1. 90° bend: · Mark the pipe fitting at the distance (X) required from the target point (pipe end, bending point, etc.). This distance is the distance from the center of the corner to the target point. ·Place the pipe in the bender. ·If the target point is to the left of the mark, align the mark on the fitting with the “L” line on the hook. ·If the target point is to the right of the mark, align the mark on the fitting with the “R” line on the hook. 2.45° bend: Mark on the pipe fitting according to the required distance (X) from the target point (pipe end, bend point, etc.). This distance is the distance from the center of the arc segment to the target point. Place the pipe in the bender. Align the marks on the pipe with the 45° line on the slider. After aligning the marks on the fitting, move the hook so that the “0” line aligns with the 45° line on the dial. IV. Springback: All types of pipes experience a certain amount of springback after bending operations are completed. Pipes made of softer materials (such as copper pipes) have less rebound compared to pipes made of harder materials (such as stainless steel pipes). Therefore, based on experience, it is recommended to allow for a certain amount of pipe rebound compensation when bending the pipe, usually around 1° to 3°, depending on the pipe material and hardness.

After marking the alignment fitting, move the hook so that the “0” line aligns with the 45-degree line on the dial.
