C276 prevents the formation of intergranular precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, and it can meet the requirements of most chemical engineering applications under welding conditions. * It has welding techniques similar to those of austenitic stainless steels and other nickel-based alloys; when producing this material, special attention must be paid to the levels of C and Si, as high levels of these elements are detrimental to the material.
