Bolt length selection

I would like to ask the experts: how should the bolt length for flanges with convex and concave surfaces be determined? Should it be based on the height of the convex surface or on the surface area where the connections are made? Standard specifications have been selected in 20592; as shown in the figure below, taking DN25, PN160 as an example, should 95mm or 110mm be chosen? Thank you!
The short ones at the front are hex head bolts, while the long ones at the back are studs.
Can PN160 also be secured with bolts? They should all be using studs, right?
The bolt length for flanges with male and female surfaces is determined based on the choice of the male surface
LSR, LZR, and LZJ do not represent the same thing.
This explanation is provided in the previous “Table 5.0.7-1”; the original poster can check it out by themselves. This difference is caused by the shape of the flange connection surface
It’s better to calculate it yourself; it’s more secure that way.
There’s no need to calculate it manually; follow the standards – for the LZM column, refer to HG/T 20634-2009, Table 5.0.6-1
