The media flowing in the pipelines are 30% NaOH solution and 30% HCl solution, respectively. The pipelines are made of carbon steel lined with plastic, and their design pressure is below 1.0 MP; the temperature is at room temperature. I would like to ask fellow professionals: what ratio should be used when performing flaw detection on such pipelines? If the solution concentration is 3% in all cases, what should the inspection ratio be? Thank you all.

It is assembled as a finished product with no welds; the problem is that the production cycle is long, and there are unfinished parts at the site, which makes assembly difficult
All flange connections are made using fillet welds; there may also be some butt welds, but these welds are carried out within the manufacturer’s facility. After they are delivered to the site, is it still necessary to submit inspections for these welds to a special inspection agency?
Have the manufacturer provide a weld inspection report and a certificate of conformity for delivery. These pipes generally operate at low pressures, belonging to GC2 grade; therefore, the special inspection agency should not pose any difficulties
