Do pipe supports and pipes need to be fully welded?

As the title suggests, is it necessary to weld the vertical plate of the T-shaped pipe support to the pipeline fully, or is intermittent welding sufficient? Are there any relevant regulatory requirements?
Unless otherwise specified in the diagram, full welding is applied, as stated in clause 4.2 of the technical requirements in HG/T21629-1999 (I). When the length of the pipe support is relatively long, some companies may allow intermittent welding.
As required, full welding is generally used, but full welding can cause the tube to deform, and no one addresses this issue:L
