Steel-lined pipe, with flammable acidic liquids flowing inside and connected by flanges – how is the internal charge discharged? Is there any master who knows about this?

The interior of the lining tube is usually made of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene or fiberglass, which are non-conductive and therefore do not require grounding. Grounding the enclosure is sufficient; generally, a flange jumper is enough for this purpose. . .
