How to construct the vertical vent pipe supports for pipelines?

I would like to ask: for gas pipelines laid horizontally on top of utility tunnels, a vent pipe needs to be installed on the main gas pipeline. According to the standards, this vent pipe must be 4 meters higher than the highest point of the buildings within a 10-meter radius. As a result, the vertical section of the vent pipe ends up being quite tall. How are supports for such vertical vent pipes typically constructed? Also, I saw people using tension cables on site; is there a scientific name for such cables or any reference manuals available?
First of all, mine is an overpressure relief pipeline, not a flare, so flare supports are not considered； Additionally, before I led the vent pipe on the ductwork to the side of the columns in the surrounding factories and installed supports on those columns, I found that there was a section of horizontal pipe in the vent pipe, which caused considerable resistance; this approach wasn’t very suitable. Is there a catalog for the pull cords? Or is it entirely dependent on structural engineering design?
Raise it directly on the steel structure, with the pipelines fixed vertically in the middle
