The metal wound gaskets used at the flanges of the new lubricating oil system were leaking in several places. At first, it was thought that the colder weather was to blame; all the bolts at the flanges were tightened, but the leaks persisted after some time. The temperature of the lubricating oil is 70 degrees Celsius, and the pressure inside the pipes is quite high; this has damaged several pressure gauges. I’m asking the experts here if there are any good methods for dealing with this issue, or any recommended gaskets. Thank you

The pressure gauge has been broken; it’s very likely that overpressure occurred. It’s necessary to find out the cause of the overpressure, as only by addressing that issue can a proper solution be achieved. Is it possible that the valves at both ends of this pipeline are fully closed, causing the material inside the pipeline to expand thermally as the ambient temperature changes?
In such a situation, it is impossible to determine the exact pressure inside the pipeline; it is necessary to quickly find out the cause of the overpressure and the actual pressure level, so that appropriate measures can be taken to prevent more serious problems from occurring. The mat is not the main problem right now.

Try wrapping Teflon tape around the perimeter of the metal gasket
Overpressure is the fundamental problem; the flange, gasket, and bolts form a single unit. Replacing only the gasket is not sufficient to solve the issue. Even if the strength of the bolts is increased or metal gaskets are used, if the thickness of the flange is insufficient, the flange will deform and sealing will still fail. So either avoid overpressure, or replace all three: the flange, bolts, and gaskets.
