Recently, the technical renovation project for a production line capable of manufacturing 120,000 tons of straight-seam welded hydrogen transport pipes per year was approved. The project is located at No. 15, Wei Shi Yi Road, Inner Mongolia Baotou New Materials Industrial Park, Jiuyuan District, Baotou City, within the premises of Inner Mongolia Juncheng Xingye Pipeline Co., Ltd. The project owner is Inner Mongolia Juncheng Xingye Pipeline Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 100 million yuan. Construction scale and scope: A technical upgrade project for a production line capable of manufacturing 120,000 tons of straight-seam welded hydrogen transport pipes per year; the existing factory buildings will be utilized, with a planned land area of 17,000㎡. The construction will be carried out in two phases. In the first phase, one existing steel structure-based production facility with a floor area of 7,000㎡ will be utilized, and a hydrogen-conducting welded pipe production line will be installed ； Phase 2: Utilizing the existing steel structure as the production base, with a construction area of 7,000㎡, to build a hydrogen transport pipe production line. Utilizing raw materials from the original factory site and a 3,000-square-meter finished goods warehouse. At the same time, carry out landscaping, hardening, and other supporting infrastructure projects within the factory area, as well as purchase the necessary equipment. Planned construction period: February 2026 to August 2027.
