Why are both the import and export ports located below the breather valve? . .
Just to clarify, there is a check valve below the riser. Question: When releasing air, it flows upward through the vertical pipe, passes through the check valve, then turns at the tee before being discharged. Isn’t it the case that when inhaling, air is drawn in from the exhaust side through a curve? How is the function of a breather valve manifested?
Should the check valve be installed after the tee, rather than before it? During venting, the gas first passes through the tee and then through the check valve before being discharged. During inhalation, the gas enters through the breathing valve, passes through the tee, and then enters the container directly.
A breather valve consists of a pressure valve and a vacuum valve; it is installed on the vent pipe of the fuel tank and can open and close automatically in response to changes in the positive and negative pressures of the gases inside the tank, thereby keeping the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the fuel tank within acceptable limits. This vent valve should be vertical to allow air to pass through while preventing foreign objects from entering.
It would be more reasonable to place it at the vent location on the side of the three-way connector.
Do thin tubes carry inert gases? There is a problem with the design installation. . .
The positive and negative pressure components of this breather valve are located within the same valve chamber; due to its design, it can carry out exhaust and inhalation operations on its own. The flange connected to the pipe below serves as both an inlet and an outlet. What is not clear at present is the purpose of the two pipelines connected via the tee Because this breather valve discharges directly into the atmosphere and draws air from it.
The gas is removed for recycling before being released into the atmosphere
