When safety valves of different types have the same set pressure, is their return pressure also the same? For example, if I have a safety valve with a set pressure of 1.2 MPa and a return pressure of 1.08 MPa, then do other safety valves with a set pressure of 1.2 MPa also have a return pressure of 1.08 MPa?
The seat-back pressure is related to the opening and closing pressure difference of the safety valve; for some safety valves, this difference is 7% of the set pressure, while for others it is 10%, with the specific value determined based on the process conditions.
