Does it refer to a fluoropolymer-lined ball valve? What do RT-10%, RT-50%, and RT100% mean? What does “Rt-10% Extended Bonnet as per BS6364(Non Cold Application)” mean?

It might be a fire-resistant valve seat; such valve seats typically feature a dual-sealing design with PTFE and metal seals. RT-10% means that 10% of the samples are to be inspected by radiographic testing. The extended valve covers are in accordance with BS6364 standard, which is generally used for low-temperature media; the note in parentheses indicates that these extended valve covers are not suitable for use in low-temperature conditions.
RPTFE with secondary metal-to-metal seal: an enhanced PTFE valve seat combined with a second metal-to-metal seal (primarily used to clean the ball surface). As for RT-10%, RT-50%, and RT100%, the explanation given above is perfect. Extended bonnet in accordance with BS6364 (Non-Cold Applications): it uses an extended neck design as required by standards similar to BS6364 (for low-temperature valves), featuring an extended packing or bellows seal – but it is not intended for use in low-temperature conditions
