Issues with 3.5D elbows in refrigeration pipes

Clause 6.5.8 of GB 50072-2021, the \"Design Code for Cold Stores\", stipulates that the radius of bends in refrigeration pipes must be no less than 3.5D, and prefabricated pipe fittings manufactured in factories should be used. Are such standard pipe fittings available? Where should I buy it?
The radius of bends in refrigeration pipes must be at least 3.5D, and factory-made finished fittings should be used; this means that bending the pipes oneself is not allowed, and a product certification is required ? ?
If only construction drawings are available, then GB12459 should be used; the construction party can handle it as it sees fit if this standard is not available.
Generally, such materials should not be ordered from the construction contractor
DL/T 515-2018 \"Elbows for Power Plants\": Most of the main steam pipes in thermal power plants use elbows with a diameter of 3D or more; it is sufficient to find qualified manufacturers to produce them in accordance with this standard.
The low-temperature steel used for refrigeration pipelines is not listed in the material list of DL/T 515-2018.
