I would like to ask everyone for advice regarding the use of pressure pipelines and equipment: 1. For new projects that involve pressure pipelines and pressure vessels, what procedures need to be followed? 2. After commissioning, if some pressure pipelines or pressure vessels need to be modified or added, are procedures also required? Does the design institute also need to produce the drawings? (I heard that technical upgrades aren’t necessary?) ) Thank you.
1. Prepare the pipeline installation supervision and inspection report as well as the vessel quality certificate to go to the Quality Supervision Bureau to obtain the use registration certificate. 2. For pipelines, modifications, and major repairs, a notification usually needs to be submitted; for specific details, refer to the Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Pipelines.
This should be reported first by the unit responsible for the installation or modification.

Inspections by the Special Inspection Agency, as well as notifications and registrations, are all handled by the Quality Supervision Bureau
