What is the standard for bolts used in flange connections of pressure pipelines?

I am using GB/T 5872-2016 \"Hex Head Bolts\" – is that correct?
I also found HG/T 20613-2009 \"Fasteners for steel pipe flanges\"; this one should be used, I guess
The selection depends on information such as your medium and pressure rating
They generally start at level 8.8; so is it based on HG standards or GB standards?

For the fasteners used with GBT9124 flanges, GBT9125 originally had a user guide; this guide was removed in the 2020 version. What is the reason for that? Is it no longer necessary to take it into consideration, or are other design standards taken into account instead?
