Ladies and gentlemen: At present, our company uses 2 spray nozzles in the coating process to supply the coating solution to the coater. The spray tube has single-sided inlet, with an opening in the middle to deliver the coating solution to the receiving tank of the coater. A PCM screw pump is being used for transportation, with a flow rate of around 7500 kg/h. The person in charge believes that the current method of transporting the coating material tends to leave behind the heavier components of the coating solution inside the spray pipes. They want to choose a different type of pump. A diagram was drawn, indicating a mechanism similar to \"turbulence\", whereby the liquid flows along the inner walls of the pipes at all times.
