Pump outlet pressure

In front of the metering pump is a storage tank with a liquid level of 4 m. The metering pump itself has a flow rate of Q=2 M3/h and a head of H=10 m. Should the pump outlet pressure be the metering pump head - tank pressure - liquid level, or the pump head + tank pressure + liquid level?
A metering pump has nothing to do with these things, right? It’s just related to the reciprocating motion and stroke of the pump, in my opinion
