On July 28, in accordance with relevant provisions such as the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, the first round of information disclosure regarding the environmental impact assessment of the hydrogen pipeline project in Luquan, Hebei is being carried out, with the aim of seeking public opinions and suggestions on the environmental impact assessment of this project. I. Project Overview Project Name: Hebei Luquan Hydrogen Pipeline Project Location: The pipeline is located in Luquan District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Nature of the project: New construction. Project overview: The Hebei Luquan hydrogen energy pipeline project consists of the Luquan hydrogen energy flow testing platform and the Luquan hydrogen energy distribution pipelines. (1) The Luquan Hydrogen Flow Testing Platform consists of the Shi Jing upstream station, the hydrogen flow testing pipeline section, and the Bailuquan pigging station. The total length of the pipeline is 12.3 km, with a design pressure of 6.3 MPa and a diameter of 610 mm. (2) The total length of the Lüquan hydrogen energy pipeline is 39.2 km, consisting of one main line and two branch lines. The main line starts at the Bai Lu Quan pigging station (Bai Lu Quan Gate Station) and ends at the terminal station of Puxing Electronics Factory 2. It is 33.0 km in length, with a design pressure of 3.9 MPa and a pipe diameter of DN150. There are 2 storage and distribution stations as well as 2 line valve rooms along the line. The Puxing Plant No. 1 branch starts at the Huolu storage and distribution station and ends at the gas connection point of Puxing Electronics Plant No. 1. The pipeline is 4.5 km long, has a design pressure of 1.6 MPa, and a diameter of DN80. The Puxing No. 2 Factory branch starts from the storage and distribution station of Puxing No. 2 Factory and ends at the gas connection point of Puxing Electronics No. 2 Factory. The pipeline is 1.7 km long, has a design pressure of 1.6 MPa, and a diameter of DN80. II.
