Hello everyone, owners go to valve (control valve) manufacturing plants for inspections – what are the main topics of such inspections? Or rather, what aspects of them should we focus on? Thank you for the suggestions. . .
1. Review the QHSE system, particularly the implementation of the quality control system; 2. Assess technical capabilities, R&D capabilities, as well as the product’s position in the industry and existing application examples ; 3. Check manufacturing capacity, production volume, as well as the age, performance, and maintenance status of machinery and equipment ; 4. Raw material supply status: The sources of the raw materials used, whether their quality is stable (certificates are checked randomly), and the degree of rigor in the selection of raw materials and in the inspection of incoming materials ; 5. Product quality control capabilities: The quality management organization is well-established; the number and competence of quality inspection personnel are sufficient; the quality control systems are sound. There are systems in place for online inspection and inspection before product release, the testing equipment is precise and well-maintained, the specifications for finished products and the standards for their inspection are standardized, and there are procedures in place for tracking quality issues. 6. Financial and credit status: Monthly production volume and sales volume. Users coming and going. Banks involved in the transactions. Operational performance and future prospects, etc. The above requirements stipulate that manufacturers must quantify and present them in tabular form prior to the inspection; upon arrival at the manufacturer’s site, these items are checked using the tables and scored. Evaluate suppliers based on their score results.
I’ve learned something from you, expert – truly an expert. . . . With comprehensive skills, giving you a thumbs up...
Everything mentioned is quite comprehensive, but there are still a few things that could be improved. Some things are not easy to obtain. \"Things\" refer to qualifications and competencies. According to relevant data, there are over 6,000 enterprises in China qualified to produce valves, but only a few hundred of them can produce products of high reliability. Check the licenses of the Big Three oil companies and their world-class authoritative certifications. For companies in the same industry (those that produce similar products), find the contact person for supply contract agreements over a period of 3 years (find this information directly, without relying on them to provide it), and also find out how their products are being used in existing installations (inquire on your own).
Thank you very much; that makes a lot of sense.
Check for international certification! Useful content, nothing missing!
Thank you for your guidance, expert. Which are the key certifications?
Found a few; they’re classic, so they should be good. Things that can be achieved through various means are not a problem for manufacturers, but they become a problem for those who are conscientious and committed to doing their work well. A table was made.
