Currently, there are 2 separate straight sections, one being 60 meters long and the other 90 meters long. Installation temperature is 5 degrees, operating temperature is 80 degrees, 60 meters of straight pipe. My own estimate is around 60mm. The expansion per meter is around 1 mm; I’m not sure if that’s correct. Since there is no space at the site to install expansion bends, I want to fix both ends of these two sections of pipe, with the intention of adding several expansion joints in between. It’s not clear whether it’s feasible.
More or less; I calculated it to be around 50 mm. But with a distance of 60 meters, there must be a way to add two bends somehow. . . Using expansion joints for a pipe at 80 degrees is too wasteful; it’s just a pipe at 100 degrees. . I’m not sure if there are expansion joints this small
The tube is so small and the temperature isn’t high. Find a way to adjust the fixing points and make use of the natural compensation provided by the Z-shaped or L-shaped design.

There are slope requirements and the space is insufficient: Q. It seems that expansion joints will have to be added. .
If it is a renovation project, how was compensation provided previously?
Previously, they were all expansion joints as well, but made of plastic pipes
Try profile compensation, add a bend in the vertical direction?
The formal project initiation for the renovation began these days. . Due to space constraints, there is no room for elaborate curves. . The current solution still involves installing several fixed brackets along with expansion joints. .
Can expansion elbows be replaced with welded elbows?
