The medium is hot oil at 280°C and a pressure of 5–6 Bar; frequent flow rate adjustments within the range of 0–5 m3/h are required over short periods of time. PS: Can a coaxial valve regulate flow?

Well, the requirement is that precision doesn’t need to be very high, but it must be able to withstand high temperatures and frequent operations. The current idea is to use multi-way parallel switch valves to regulate the flow rate, but this method allows for only stepwise regulation, with a large dead zone. I’m not sure which type of valve would be suitable if a coaxial valve is not used.

Hard-sealed proportional control ball valves and hard-sealed eccentric butterfly valves are available, to be configured according to your application requirements.
Frequent actions are not a problem. But ordinary on-off type coaxial valves also have difficulties dealing with such high temperatures.
