Guys, I have a question I’d like to ask.
For issues with compilation, see your previous post. As for the issues related to substitutes, there are problems with the base material and wall thickness, and these cannot be explained in just a few words. However, one thing is very clear: the construction party must have proper welding procedure qualifications that meet the technical requirements.
Prepared by this unit, welded by its own personnel; inspection can be entrusted to another unit. For use by this unit only; weld assessment reports from other units shall not be used.
