What are the symbols in the picture? Is it a venturi?

Gentlemen, here is a European standard piping diagram, part of which is shown in the image below. I would like to ask, what is that valve/gauge/device at the pump outlet? What is its purpose? Is it a venturi tube?
It seems to be a pressure regulator; a pipe without sides cannot be a Venturi.
Is this the pump outlet? Are you sure that thing behind the valve is a gauge/device? ? ? It looks like hydrophobic pipelines or water supply pipelines. Similar to a strainer or filter.
Does it look like a jet pump? It doesn’t quite look like it either
1. The one above is the pump; that’s for sure. 2. This probably isn’t used for transporting or adding water, as there are waste materials inside it
It’s unlikely; I think it’s a Venturi flow meter
I personally think it’s a Venturi flow meter
