According to the valve manuals and some manufacturer samples, the J41W-25P valve can withstand temperatures of 200°C. Which part of this type of J41W-25P valve is capable of withstanding 200°C?
This valve is made entirely of stainless steel; (the handwheel is usually made of cast iron), and the entire unit can withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees℃
J41W-25P is a stainless steel globe valve. As for the temperature tolerance of stainless steel, the theoretical maximum is 800 degrees; if the temperature of a certain component needs to be kept at 200 degrees Celsius, it is necessary to replace the packing with PTFE in order to achieve that temperature. Under normal conditions, stainless steel globe valves can operate properly at temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius!
You’ve used stainless steel for everything here; it can generally withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees. If one insists on 200 degrees, then the sealing surface will have to be replaced with a soft-seal type{:3_46:}

This is a hard-sealed globe valve; the valve seat and body can handle high temperatures without issue. However, when considering the temperature tolerance of the valve, it is also necessary to take into account the material of the stem packing, and the packing material should be selected based on the operating temperature
