PP pipes: Table of nominal diameter and outer diameter

Experts: What is the outer diameter corresponding to the nominal diameter of PP pipes? GB/T18742 only provides data on the pressure rating, wall thickness, and operating temperature for PP material; no data regarding outer diameter is available. May I ask if the outer diameter of PP can be specified in accordance with GB/T28708 (Specifications for the Selection of Seamless and Welded Steel Tubes for Pipeline Engineering) when placing orders? The outer diameter of PP pipes should be another standard, right? Could you please tell me the standard number, or provide the standard directly to me? Thank you so much!
Is the nominal diameter of a plastic pipe simply its outer diameter? :lol;P

Well, this is from GB/T18742; I’ve checked it. I have a slight doubt – according to the standard, the outer diameter of PP pipes is the nominal diameter. Since the values differ significantly from those of steel pipes, I wasn’t entirely sure. After doing some research, I found that the way in which the dimensional specifications for plastic pipes such as PP, PVC, and HDPE are expressed is as outer diameter (nominal diameter) * wall thickness. For plastic pipes that comply with national standards, ISO standards, or German standards, the outer diameter is determined in accordance with the values specified in GB/T 18742. For pipes that follow American, British, or Japanese standards, the outer diameter is based on the conventional imperial pipe dimensions, that is, those specified in GB/T 28708. Thank you!
