Shipping packages is really a hassle

A batch of viewfinders was sent out a few days ago; today the customer received them and reported that the glass lenses inside were broken. The large wooden crate, weighing over 200 kilograms, was shipped by logistics, and the goods arrived safely in the hands of the customer. As for those 30-kilogram packages sent by courier, the wooden boxes were marked with a warning to handle them carefully. Yet the couriers didn’t seem to take that warning seriously at all; all of the more than 10 items inside the box were damaged, with none of the mirror glasses remaining intact – it was a complete mess.
It’s not packed properly! This mirror is so broken~:D
It’s wrapped up, that’s all. Shipping services these days are really frustrating; the video of a sorting center that was posted on TikTok some time ago was extremely vulgar and offensive.
