Seeking help regarding the issue of the main pipe connecting to the branch pipes

How can a main pipe with an outer diameter of 22 be connected to a branch pipe with an outer diameter of 18? It seems there is no suitable reducer fitting for this
The manufacturer can be asked to customize it; either threaded or butt-welded versions are available. @boyirensheng: For one of our projects, we need a 2\"x1\" threaded reducing tee; it’s not specified in the standards, but the actual product delivered does have a reduced diameter.
Simply put: use a 22mm tee, add a section of 22mm pipe, and then reduce the diameter to 18mm.
It is possible to purchase those already fitted with connectors; one can simply specify the outer diameter and wall thickness at both ends
If there’s no standard one, go for a custom one.
