Don’t floating ball valves lack grease injection holes and drain holes? For Q341F models, how can internal leakage be repaired? Please help
It’s not the case that floating ball valves don’t exist; they can be manufactured if needed. Internal leakage usually requires disassembly in order to replace the valve seat.
Conventional floating ball valves indeed do not have grease filling ports or drain ports, and this is not specified in the standards either. In the case of internal leakage, it is usually due to damage to the sealing surfaces of the valve seat or the steel ball; the valve needs to be disassembled to determine which part is damaged, after which a new one can be installed.
I’ve found that API6DA valves must have grease injection ports and drain ports, whereas ordinary ball valves generally do not have these
