Urgent help needed: I need information on a type of valve; does anyone know it?

This is a type of air valve found inside compressors. I asked the compressor manufacturers, but no one knows its principle; could you please explain it? Thank you. A reward of 20 wealth points will be given for a good answer
The first picture is a bit small, making it hard to see clearly; from the photos in Chapter 2, it seems to be a exhaust valve
It looks like a check valve at the inlet of a pressure swing adsorption vacuum pump – it allows air to enter but not to exit, and is commonly found at the inlet of piston-type vacuum pumps
I was also curious, so I looked into it – what you have here is likely the labyrinth interior component within a labyrinth-type control valve, rather than a complete control valve.
It should be the DC valve on the compressor
