Are there pressure gauge root valves with M20*1.5 threads on both ends?

Generally, the root valve for pressure gauges has one end of size 1/2\" and the other end of size M20*1.5. Is there any root valve for pressure gauges with both ends being M20*1.5?
Why is such a root valve needed? Personally, I think there are ones in the instrumentation field. For piping systems, aren’t 1/2” fittings the most common?
