Why are the font heights for annotation styles different from those for text styles?

As shown in the figure, I saw a template today where the font height for style 5 was set at 5 mm; yet why is the corresponding font height in the annotation style 3 mm? How is this done? Thank you
Just remove the font height from the text style; there is a conflict between the two. The font height of the text style refers to the height of a single line or multiple lines of text on the drawing, while the font height of the dimension style refers to the height of the dimension text.
If I remove the font height from the text style, the height of those text styles will be 0, meaning they can no longer be used?
