Liquid nitrogen storage tank safety valve

I would like to ask professionals: there are two safety valves at the bottom of the liquid nitrogen storage tank, and these two sets are going to be removed for inspection. How do I switch between the two sets? If the valve handle is turned to the left, can the safety valve on that side be disabled?
It’s better to check the manual for the safety valve; the operation procedures for safety valves can vary depending on the manufacturer
Look at the channel indicated by the groove on the valve stem
Is this a three-way manual valve? There should be arrows on the valve indicating the direction; take a look.
Is it possible to determine it without using the local temperature?
In the first image, the safety valve on the right is in use while that on the left is not; in the second image, the safety valve on the left is in use and the one on the right is not; in the third image, both safety valves are in use simultaneously.
Look closely at the connection point between the valve handle and the valve core; there is a groove there as a guide

But according to the usual* practice, the first one closes the right side and opens the left side, the second one closes the left side and opens the right side, and the third one opens both at the same time.
